Ingredients
250g Plain flour
75g caster sugar
175g butter
Method
Heat oven to 160°C – line baking tins
Mix flour and sugar in a bowl
rub in butter
knead well to form a smooth paste
Roll out gently or flatten with hands, cut using desired shape cutters
Place on baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins
