Mini Savoury Tarts

  • Ready roll puff pastry

  • Feta cheese

  • 1-2 Eggs

  • Splash of milk

  • Sun dried tomatoes

  • 3-4 Basil leaves


  1. Unroll puff pastry sheet

  2. Cut into circles - using circle cutters [jam tart size]

  3. Place circles into the tray

  4. In a separate bowl add chopped tomatoes

  5. Crumbled up feta and add to bowl

  6. Tear up basil leaves and add.

  7. Break an egg into a cup mix with small amount of milk - whisk and add to other ingredients and mix.

  8. Spoon mixture into pastry cases

  9. Bake at 180 [fan] for 10-15 minutes until rises and edges slightly golden

  10. Remove from tin to cool and Enjoy.

  11. Ingredients can be varied according to personal taste.
