Ingredients
200 g Self Raising flour
pinch salt
pinch mustard powder
100g Margarine
150g Mature (red) Cheddar, grated
1 medium egg, beaten
Method
Heat oven to 180°C.
Mix together the flour, salt and mustard.
Rub in the margarine.
Stir in the cheese and add sufficient egg to make stiff dough.
Roll out thinly and cut into strips/shapes, or flatten & shape with hands.
Place onto a lined baking tray,
Bake for 10-15 mins.
